Summary: Express Wash Concepts is the parent company of 70+ award winning, express car wash locations under the following brands: Moo Moo Express Car Wash, Flying Ace Express Car Wash, Clean Express Auto Wash, Green Clean Express Auto Wash and Bee Clean Express Car Wash. Our KleenKo division supports the maintenance and chemical supply for local dealership car washes and is hiring for a Dealership Sales and Service Technician.
The ideal candidate for the Dealership Sales and Service Technician position is entrepreneurial in nature with a desire to grow business. The Dealership Sales and Service Technician will be responsible for servicing existing dealership accounts as well as expanding sales through existing clients and acquisition of new business.

Essential Functions:
- Manage existing client base of dealership clients.
- Monitor client chemical levels and replenishment.
- Respond to service calls at dealership locations.
- Perform inspection and testing on the dealership’s express wash tunnel equipment.
- Create written service quotes and discuss recommended work, explaining the problem and resolution.
- Upsell Dealership partners on benefits of a maintenance package.
- Ensure that all necessary billing approvals are completed prior to servicing the site.
- Provide an excellent quality of work on wash equipment repair and maintenance.
- Submit client invoicing and approvals to Accounts Receivable
- Grow the division through networking, prospecting, and onboarding of new clients.
Desired Experience:
- Professional experience increasing business volume and sales.
- 5 or more years of experience in a field maintenance position. Car Wash Maintenance Experience is a plus.
Position Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving history
- Ability to frequently lift and tools and equipment
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
