Those that would like to learn a new career and become a Table Games Dealer interview on the spot for our Dealer School Certification Program!!

Dealer Certification Program Summary : Learn for free to deal table games in accordance with established standards in a high volume, fast paced and customer oriented environment. The class is 6-8 weeks long.

Attending Dealer School you will learn to:
Deal assigned games according to procedure and specific game standards
Engage players in conversation in an energetic and enthusiastic manner
Adjust conversation and interaction according to player preferences
Provide exceptional guest service both on and off the table
Work as a team when assigned to a game with multiple dealers
Exchange cash for gaming chips
Control the pace of the game for optimum balance of player enjoyment and company requirements
Inform the supervisor of any special player request or unusual play
Quickly resolve any player problems through the supervisor
Check for guest satisfaction and thank players for their patronage
Maintain the integrity of the game at all times
Maintain a spirit of cooperation when interacting with all other employees
Comply with all IL regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
Basic math skills required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Able to attend dealer school for approximately 6-8 weeks, 5 days a week
Must be 21 years of age or older
Able to work a flexible schedule upon completion of school including all shifts, weekends and holidays

Qualifications for Experienced Dealers:

Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with Team Members and guests
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
May be required to sit for periods of time
Frequent grasping, squeezing and handling of money and bundles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $7.80 per hour
