At HSS we are looking for bilinguals Servers (SPECIAL WEEKEND EVENT) to work in one of the most luxurious hotels and Special Events in Daytona Beach, FL area.

As servers, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at venues or catering events. Their duties include greeting guests and taking their orders, bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all need tools.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Ensure all food and other items are served properly.
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Skills

• Proven experience as server.
• Great guest services experience.
• Experience working in a fast work environment.
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.

Position is for special event on Monday February 13th,2023

Shift: Event starts at 2pm.
