Job Opening: Home Health Aide (HHA) – will transition current CNA to HHA
Branch: Elmira, NY
Job Location(s): Elmira NY, West Elmira, Elmira Heights, Horseheads NY, & surrounding areas
HHA/CNA Rates: $16.50 / hour
Available Shifts: Day Shifts – available weekdays or weekends. A variety of shift lengths and start times are available – we will work with your availability!

Must have reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license – shopping/running errands for clients is part of the job (mileage paid).

Per NYS DOH mandate, all home care agency staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID, unless they have a medical exemption from their doctor. Boosters encouraged.

Our staff loves the flexibility we offer – work one shift a week, two shifts a week, or more! Whether you want to work 5 hours a week or 40, tell us your availability and we can tailor a schedule that works best for you!

DUTIES: Your day might include: providing a safe way for clients to feel clean and refreshed (personal care); learning some new recipes and preparing meals; tidying their home to keep them healthy and being sure they follow their medication schedule. Other care may be needed to keep them safe.

• Must be a certified HHA or CNA (expired HHA ok)
• We have job openings for certified PCA’s too!
• Will transition CNA to HHA (requirement for working in home care) with free one day class
• Qualified nursing students can work for us as HHA’s – ask us how!
• Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements
• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license required
