Position Summary
The Operations Analyst will be assigned ownership of a specific piece of a project and will need to prepare, process and perform quality control on electronic data to provide quality results to our clients while meeting time sensitive deadlines. Tues – Sat or Sun – Thurs, Central Time Zone hours

Job Responsibilities

• General -
• Learn our proprietary software (NUIX, Relativity) and become knowledgeable with established processes and workflows
• Communicate project status and updates effectively with all levels of the company
• Resolve or elevate issues that arise during data processing

• Quality & Process Alignment -
• Ensuring work is of the highest quality, in compliance with the Company’s set quality standards
• Investigate errors, anomalies, and other problems for identification and future prevention

Requirements:

• Self-driven and motivated individual
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify solutions to non-standard requests and issue resolution
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Experience processing data in an Electronic Discovery environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment is strongly preferred
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency, initiative and ownership
• Efficient work-style with an eye for continual process improvement
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and an extreme attention to detail is required

Preferred Requirements/Certifications

• Experience with Windows Operating System is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of litigation support applications such as IPRO, Nuix, LAW, Relativity, Concordance, etc. a plus#LI-GM1
