Position Highlights
This position will design and manage data collection systems for multiple ongoing human subjects research studies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also develop and implement data-driven operational support systems for a growing research team. This position will conduct analyses from multiple data sources for grant submissions, publication, and daily research operations. They will be responsible for overseeing data entry and monitoring activities of all research team members.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining databases for research and operational support.
  • Designing, implementing, and coordinating data collection activities and process improvements.
  • Analyzing and reporting data from various databases and sources for internal operations, grant application, and publications.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree required.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience is required.


Preferred Qualifications
*Experience working on projects related to addiction, substance use disorders, and/or women's health. *Experience working at the University of Arizona. *Peer-reviewed publications. *Proficiency in R or Python. *1+ years experience with REDCap database design and management. *Knowledge and application of the principles, practices and techniques of clinical research. *Supervisory experience.
