Job description
- Owns the Account Receivable on a portfolio of Client for Business (TFB) customers.
- Manages delinquency on TFB accounts and collects payments.
- Partners with TFB Sales, Customer Care and other teams to resolve any disputes, make reconciliations on accounts, and implement payment arrangements.
- Places outbound calls and approves next steps in the collection path as deemed appropriate based upon business needs.
- Appropriately disburses adjustments and account credits in accordance with Client policy.
- Completes training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and products, to grow skills, and to maintain proficiency on company values and organizational requirements.
