Data Entry / Clerical / Administrative

Office Assistant

$20.00 per hour plus great benefits

As Office Assistant, you will:

• Join a specialist in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
• Receive complete training
• Learn to support the Quality Department
• Provide cross-functional support within the Quality Department
• Perform document review, document control and document processing activities
• Learn to prepare and administer material and process certifications
• Learn to utilize online customer portals
• Learn to provide clerical support for purchasing activities
• Learn to complete documentation for part approval processes
• Perform a high-volume of data entry
• Handle special projects
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of General Office, Clerical, Administrative or similar experience
• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
