Job description
Cytotechnologist will be responsible for screening thin prepared gynecological and nongynecological specimens. Ensures quality of results and maintains records as required by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA 88).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Minimum: Associate degree in Laboratory Science experience
Preferred: Bachelor degree in Laboratory Science or experience
License, Certification, Registration:
CT (ASCP) or CT (ASC) certified
Experience:
Minimum: Clinical rotation through educational program
Preferred: One year past experience .
Other Requirements:
Responsible to safety access, transport, and handle sharps, such as needles, suture kits, lancets, syringes, etc.

Schedule: Part-time Exempt, Day shift Monday - Friday, TBD
