Customer Success Specialist

Spectrum Aquatics is looking for a full-time person with an awesome personality and passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team. Your Daily Adventure Will Include

• Create & manage customer contact database.
• Take customers messages and answer phone questions
• Create & update Excel spreadsheets
• Become well trained and proficient on project takeoffs and establishing quotes.
• Outbound calling to generate new business. Team up with VP of sales and regional sales manager.
• Follow up with on projects status. Report back to field sales and to Supervisor.
• Cover for inside sales representative when they are absent.
• Work closely with other departments on order status and communicate to customer.
• Work closely with outside sales personnel and VP of Sales
• Learn operating system & assist in managing orders.
• Contact customer with expected ship date
• Provide tracking information
• Follow-up once customer has received the order
• Sell maintenance and add on products. Provide maintenance information
• Funnell product issues to Customer Service
• Help update processes and procedures. Help produce and manage sales reports.
• Help update electronic product documentation.
