Tri-State Water, Power and Air is currently hiring for our Customer Service / Inside Sales Team.
Hourly Base $15 - $17 per hour based on experience

Our Customer Service and Inside Sales Reps are dedicated to making life better one interaction at a time. We are a leader in the Tri-State area in providing Home-Improvement Products and Services.

Our office is located in Indianapolis, IN. We are a fun, close knit group of talented and hungry customer service and inside sales professionals. We have a great opportunity as our services are essential and we are looking for a few more superstars to join our team.
We have built a strong reputation with our tremendous products as well as our unmatched customer service and inside sales teams.

  • Customer Service is open Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 2pm. Saturdays rotate weekly.

Minimum Experience:
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Phone-related customer service with an emphasis on sales is a major plus
  • Experience waiting tables or working for tips is absolutely applicable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better.
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
