Job description
If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, join our team as a customer service representative trainee. Supporting and building trust with our policy customers, you’ll service their unique needs while also offering additional products. We’ve got you covered on the training—which will provide you with a solid base of insurance knowledge, so you’ll feel confident serving our customers. You’ll also benefit from a collaborative environment, along with ongoing coaching and development.
The duration of the trainee role is typically 15 to 20 weeks. Once you successfully complete the training, you’ll transition to a Customer Service Representative.
This is a remote position, applicants must reside in Florida.
Must-have qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- In lieu of above, one-year post-secondary education and a minimum of 1 year of work experience in property and casualty underwriting, claims, sales, or customer service.
- In lieu of above, two years' work experience in property and casualty underwriting, claims, sales, or customer service.
Compensation
- $19.00 - $20.00/hour
- Gainshare bonus up to 8% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
Training starts: 4/17/2023
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm EST
