As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for incoming order processing, problem solving, running reports, accurate record maintenance, as well as screening and transferring phone calls.

POSITION – Customer Service Representative

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time or Part-time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift Mon-Fri between 7am-5pm (varies within these parameters) Some Sundays (2pm-5pm) Some Holidays (part and/or full days, rotating)

STARTING PAY – $13.75 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Customer service experience preferred

The Customer Service Representative is required to work with customers using email and telephone, on a one-to-one basis, to ensure long-lasting relationships that contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate relationships and involvement with the management of assigned accounts
• Work with all involved personnel to ensure maximum expansion of the company’s products
• Maintain accurate and current records or activities for your position
• Run reports that aid in the preparation for the night warehouse operations
• Other duties as assigned
