We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a property management organization in San Diego as a Project-Based Contract Customer Service / Data Entry professional.

This project-based role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are currently unemployed and available to start immediately. If you have exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, and a strong attention to detail, we invite you to apply and contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and service requests in the database.
Assist in preparing and organizing lease agreements, renewal documents, and other property-related paperwork.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that information is recorded promptly and correctly into designated databases or spreadsheets.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information while handling documents and data.
Assist in maintaining organized files and records, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in data entry and experience with databases or property management software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
