Founded in 1952 as Santmyer Oil Company, Santmyer Companies is a family group of companies that collectively employ more than 200 Ohioans. Red Rover operates branded retail convenience stores and automated fueling stations servicing both the consuming public and commercial fleets.

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our Red Rover convenience stores and fueling stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

· Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

· Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.

· Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

· Greet customers entering establishments.

· Sell tickets and other items to customers.

· Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans.

· Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items.

· Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

· Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

· Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• retail: 1 year (Preferred)
