The Role:
Provide exceptional customer service by empathetically relating to our customers, while gathering the necessary information to resolve all inquiries. Perform outbound calls to offer assistance on inquiries and return calls . Remain knowledgeable on processes and procedures in order to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and within the company.
We are looking for a top-notch, confident, independent phone prodigy to join our team! Our Customer Service Reps keep our business running by:
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Confirm appointments
- Transfer calls to various departments
- Monitor and respond to Service Titan inquiries
- Monitor and respond to website submissions
- Facilitate workflow processes
- Making outbound calls as needed
- Making customers fans of Mainstream
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling & personable
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
- Responds to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
- Adhere to company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
- Communication with dispatch to ensure customers receive five star service
- Be a redundancy for all dutie of our inbound specialists, providing support to the team as needed
Requirements:
HS diploma/GED preferred- 1+ years of call service/high volume customer service experience
- 1+ years of trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) experience preferred
- 1+ years of Service Titan experience preferred
- Experience working within and managing multiple software applications through the day
- Proficient with Microsoft products, able to learn/navigate new software
- Experience working with a phone system
- Able to work 11am - 7:30 PST w/ rotating Sunday support for emergency services
- Eager to learn and grow within the department!

- Schedule flexibility (we will go into further detail when we connect but we staff our phones 7 days a week)
Schedule: 11am - 7:30 PST w/ rotating Sunday support for emergency services
Pay: $20/hr
