Customer Service Representative

Positions Available: 1

Full-Time and Part Time Positions Available

Monday – Friday; 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM

Wage: $17/hour minimum, additional based on experience

Potential to work overtime

No previous experience required, will train on-site

A $500 sign-on bonus is available to new hires. Terms and conditions apply.

Essential Functions:

· Process orders and quotations received through email, web, phone and other mediums

· Handle sales related activities such as taking incoming calls and quoting customers

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Prior experience with MS Office programs is a plus

· Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

· Professional attitude and have a high level of integrity and honesty

· Team player

· High School Diploma or Equivalent
