The Lansdowne Insurance Agency, serving the Pocono Mountains since 1959, is looking to hire a customer service/office assistant to greet customers. answer phones, process customer changes, process insurance payments, help our customers with claim reporting, and other various insurance related customer service related tasks. The position requires an individual who has excellent phone skills as well as a positive, courteous personality and is a team player.
