Schedule and Pay: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day. Pay starts at $15/hour with incentives for perfect attendance and arriving to work on time! Potential to make up to $18/hour and we pay weekly!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer calls in a timely fashion! 2nd ring / punctuality = commission.
• Working with inbound callers to assist with questions, take payments, and upsell items! - NO Cold Calls!
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
• Take payments, covers administration fee, locks, insurance protection plan, business hours.
• Routing calls to appropriate stores.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong typing skills and computer literacy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Customer service and sales experience required.
