Customer Service Representative Role Responsibilities include:
- Providing quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting payments
- Managing the application process and preparing loan documents
- Maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loans
- Keeping contact with customers to help them stay on track if they have overdue payments
- Helping to maintain office operating standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
