Foley Oil & Propane is a family owned and operated heating oil and propane company servicing customers in Central NH. We’re seeking a highly dependable customer service representative to join our growing office team. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in customer service with an eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a fulltime position working Mon-Fri 7am- 4pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Providing an excellent customer experience via phone, and walk-ins
· Maintaining a working knowledge of products and services
· Opening, updating and maintaining customer accounts
· Processing customer payments
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn dispatching, and scheduling positions as the needs arise
· Assist in special projects or other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Customer service experience
· Excellent communication and listening skills
· Problem solving skills
· Computer skills
· Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
· Dependability
