Since 1908, our client has been serving the insurance needs of the Northwest Indiana region. They are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Valparaiso. They offer a great Monday-Friday schedule, insurance benefits, and paid time off

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

• Starting Salary of 50K-55K
• Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30 PM
• Insurance Benefits (Medical, Dental, Life, Long Term Disability)
• Paid time off

Responsibilities

• Obtain Quotes from insurance carriers
• Prepare summaries of insurance as well as certificates
• Assist clients with questions and issues as well as premium payouts
• Act as a point of contact for out clients to resolve administrative and claim issues

Qualification

• 1 year of Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
• 1 year of client relationship management preferred
• 1 year of insurance experience preferred
