We are seeking a customer service representative for an award-winning manufacturer of interior design products for residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming customer calls and emails regarding product pricing support, service questions and general client concerns
  • Assist dealers and customers with order entry, product training as well as assist showroom visitors.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

Requirements:

  • Education: High School or equivalent (required)
  • At least 5 years experience in a customer support role (required)
  • Experience: Window Covering or related field: 1 year (required)
  • Must be able to sit for multiple hours at time, occasionally lift a maximum of 40lbs
  • Full-time availability (40hrs) with occasional overtime required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
