Helping to answer the phone, interacting with customers,insurance companies, collecting payments, data entry into management system, keeping customers and insurance companies updated on the repair process, file handling, checking in vehicles for repair and obtaining all required signatures. CSR’s should be confident in using computer programs, copiers, scanners etc.
