Customer Service Representative

Hayward - Permanent - $24-$28/hour (Customer service commission approx. $200 month)

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Do you have work experience as a Customer Service? We a great temp to hire position in Hayward? You will be joining a team at a well-established company that specializes in supplying hardware, handles, and fasteners. Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience with prior experience in sales with good verbal / written communications. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and mechanical / math aptitude is a plus. Must have a high-school diploma and fully Covid vaccinated.

This position requires answering sales calls, email correspondence, taking and imputing orders, expediting orders, quoting customers, and communication with inside, and outside engineering sales team. Good organization skills. Must be willing to learn the mechanics of the fastener. Onsite training.

This is a 90 day temp to hire, for the right candidate you will become permanent. After one year of permanent employment, you will be eligible for company benefits; health, vision, dental monthly premiums paid 100% by employer, 401k plan, and paid time off.
