Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Hazelwood, MO is looking for an energetic professional to help protect customers. You will build, cater and develop client relationships by engaging in conversations, listening to what's important to the customer and helping others protect some of the most valuable assets in their lives.

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Answering calls and helping customers with their questions.
• Gathering needed information from current customers.
• Schedule appointments.

• Using customer focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options along with payment options.

Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000

Requirements for the Office Manager:

• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self motivated
• Goal oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• People oriented

• Ability to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
