HOLTSVILLE, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)
Qualifications:
- 3 years customer service experience in office setting
- Experience speaking with customers and updating account information/processing orders
- Experience building report with clients
- Ability to solve problems
- Microsoft Office proficient
Responsibilities:
- All phases of customer service including but not limited to: order entry, processing of orders, resolution of all issues including returns, damaged products, and etc.
- Completing and submitting formal and informal bids for products included in beauty school kits.
- Researching and analyzing products based on the competitive bid market
- Submitting prices from our system or calculating a selling price based on a targeted markup
- Performing a spreadsheet analysis of bid awards
- Monthly and quarterly usage reports for billing purposes
