Our Pool Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and listening skills to join our team. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling customer questions and support issues related to our products, and they must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The right individuals will have exceptional people skills and will be committed to doing whatever it takes to help customers out. Experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails to help them with their needs.
- Answer questions about administrative issues, such as service proposals and services needed or open work orders.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Help customers with the use of a product or service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
