Job description
By communicating clearly and concisely, the CSR will field incoming calls from customers and accurately address them. The Customer service rep will process daily orders from various platforms. This position will be hybrid!
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for provding customer support & Handling orders
- Verifying all orders and there accuracy
- Responsible for ressolving any price descrepancies on all orders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years Associates degree minimum preferred.
- 3+ Years experience in order entry
- Previous experience using Microsoft (Excel,Word,PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using Microsoft Office products.
