Small industrial chemical manufacturer located in Delafield, Wisconsin is rapidly growing! We are seeking to add an outgoing and friendly administrative professional to our dedicated team. This is a key position within the company and is responsible for a variety of duties, with an emphasis on customer service and timely order processing. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephone/reception (experience preferred)
- Coordinating and entering customer sales orders
- Customer billing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Accounts payable
- Assisting in coordination of logistics for outgoing orders
- General office (light filing, mailings, etc.)
- Working with salesmen on a variety of items (new customer set up, quotations, etc.)
Qualified candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Candidate must also possess good communication and grammar skills, and be able to compose professional communications to customers. We are looking for a professional who is able to multi task in a fast paced environment, with a solid work history and good attendance. The ability to pay attention to detail is a must! This is not an entry level position so some office experience is required. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to multi-task with little supervision and also adapt easily to changes that occur as the company grows and processes evolve.
Start date: Immediate
1st shift. Work hours: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
