We are seeking a customer service manager to join our team at our direct-to-consumer company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for working with 3PL's and FedEx or UPS to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service and have a solid understanding of supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshooting issues related to orders, shipping, and delivery.
• Working with 3PL's and FedEx or UPS to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience working with 3PL's and FedEx or UPS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Familiarity with supply chain management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
