Customer Service Associate - Technical Services

Triumvirate is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate - Technical Services. This position offers a LOT of growth potential within our Technical Services Department. The selected candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills, be highly productive and be able to take initiative to support the responsibilities of the team.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

• Provide administrative support to Technical Services department
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients
• Create client invoices based off of job paperwork

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
