Answerwest is seeking customer service agents for our inbound call center. We are a high volume, fast paced call center providing messaging and dispatching services for medical professionals and businesses in the Reno/Sparks, Carson City and Tahoe area. Our agents must courteously and efficiently answer calls for a variety of clients. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Flexibility with scheduling, weekends and holiday work is required.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Identify caller's need and handle according to account protocols
- Compose and type concise messages using proper spelling and grammar
- Efficiently dispatch or clear calls to appropriate party
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Proper phone etiquette
- Read and understand written instructions
- Good listening skills
- Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Type at least 35 wpm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
