Answerwest is seeking customer service agents for our inbound call center. We are a high volume, fast paced call center providing messaging and dispatching services for medical professionals and businesses in the Reno/Sparks, Carson City and Tahoe area. Our agents must courteously and efficiently answer calls for a variety of clients. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Flexibility with scheduling, weekends and holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Identify caller's need and handle according to account protocols
• Compose and type concise messages using proper spelling and grammar
• Efficiently dispatch or clear calls to appropriate party

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Proper phone etiquette
• Read and understand written instructions
• Good listening skills
• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Type at least 35 wpm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
