What will I be doing?

• In this position you will serve as the point person for all travel, tours and excursions management, accommodations and transfer coordination for clients
• The role requires managing several projects at once, potentially across multiple suppliers.
• Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Find fare and schedule information
• Book all necessary flights, rental vehicles, hotels and special events, such as tours and excursions for clients.
• Provide reservation information and travel confirmations via email to appropriate individuals/parties.
• Create travel groupings to/from the airport/hotel for large groups and communicate these plans to the necessary individuals/parties.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
