The Renewals Representative is responsible for initiating contact with existing customers to renew their safety program with Red Wing. This role will initiate contact with existing accounts via phone and email communication with a goal of obtaining updated documentation from the customer. During the interaction, the renewals rep will align the offerings to defined menu of service offerings based on buying behavior. This includes discounts, updating agreements/contracts, updated W9s, conversion to digital platform (Digital vouchers, ecomm) or tax exempt certificates.
Essential Duties
- Trigger the renewal cycle based on program expiration date.
- Conduct outbound customer calls to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options.
- Create and provide customer proposals in collaboration with Field or Inside Sales Reps.
- Supply any related documentation and/or brochures supporting the customer proposed solution.
- Work with existing customers to maintain high renewal close rate.
- Modify pricing and programs based on closed-non-renewal.
- Maintain and grow revenue with existing customers and accounts through proper account management.
- Partner with rest of field when appropriate to foster these accounts.
Align customer offerings with current buying trends and approved menu of service offerings
Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant (customer experience and or sales) experience.
Renewal or account management experience is preferred.

- Deep knowledge of renewals processes and best practices.
- Knowledge around sales quotas, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics.

- Possess financial and business acumen; understands the dynamics of the business.
- Strong communication and analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret challenges.
