POSITION SUMMARY


Provide support and guarantee compliance of wholesale customer’s orders while paying attention to special instructions, obtaining necessary waivers, and to adjudicate wholesale customer charge-backs for alleged non-compliance to eliminate or minimize monetary claims. In addition, to provide support to Compliance team with setting up special instructions and processing routing requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB


Reviews Vendor Compliance documents (updates and new customer data), Routing
Guides, Terms and Conditions Contracts, Purchase Orders and Special Instruction Letters
and implements (or obtain waivers) customer shipping terms of purchase stated

Adjudicate customer monetary claims relating to packing, packaging, labeling, shipment
documentation and routing. Research customer claims relating to handling, price
discrepancies and shortages.

Routing requests, non-standard assignments/requests

  • Ability to work on own with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work of self

QUALIFICATIONS (The training, education and/or experience necessary to fulfill the job)

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of Customer Compliance requirements and general industry standards
  • Awareness of Pendleton compliance capabilities and philosophies for Customer Compliance a plus

SYSTEM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Excel, Word and Adobe skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • This position is based at the Portland Corporate Office with flexibility for a hybrid office where job responsibilities allow.
  • Ability to sit at computer and desk for long periods.
  • Ability to use hands to move and file paperwork.
  • Ability to hear and speak English to communicate on the phone.
  • Ability to visually concentrate on the computer screen.
  • Ability to operate the keyboard of a computer with fingers and/or hands.
