We are seeking a Customer Chat Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers/clients by providing information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Customer communication via phone and email.
- Check that data is correct in the system and input any missing data.
- Ensure that all documentation is processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain various documents on paper and electronically.
- Make sure all diversion are accounted for and documented properly.
- Perform customer billing and process any documentation needed to provide back up for all accounting and customer accounting teams.
- Provide constant & accurate communication between customer, Operations and other department.
- Ensure that the WMS system is updated and accurate.
- Provide accurate and detailed reporting to the clients, Leadership and facility.
- High School Diploma.
- Customer service and/or training experience preferred.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with MS Word & Outlook.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
