Custodian
Job description
Job Summary:
The Custodian will maintain cleanliness in various parts of buildings and stock supplies. Comp range is $10-11/hr depending on experience and this is a part time position with a shift of Monday-Friday, 4pm-8pm.
Essential Functions:
- General cleaning that consists of dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Removal of trash from desks as well as common area receptacles.
- Inventory and stocking of supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs on a regular basis
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or its equivalent
- Preferred: Commercial cleaning experience
Working Conditions:
- Mainly indoors
- Lifting in excess of 30 lbs frequently
- Standing or walking majority of the time
- Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm
