Our community in Owatonna, MN, is looking for dynamic individuals to join our culinary team! This position would primarily be a Culinary Services Aide with a secondary position as a Cook. The Culinary Services Aide/Cook is responsible for assisting in food preparation, setting up of dining area and trays for meal services, and serves food according to guidelines and diet restrictions.

• Adheres to food safety guidelines and follows dietary restrictions based on residents’ needs.
• Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, and performs general cleaning and dishwashing.
• Prepares food following food safety guidelines, diet restrictions and standardized recipes.
• Actively participates in all culinary trainings.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Food preparation/production experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
