An established business in the Island Lake area is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. This person is integral to the daily operations at the business and would provide exceptional customer service to all clients on the phone, in person and throughout the entire repair process.
Key areas of responsibility are answering calls, greeting customers, updating company databases, communicating with outside vendors, completing paperwork and tracking flow of payments.
Qualified candidate must have at least three years experience, the ability to work independently, solve problems and multitask, strong organizational skills and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Position is full-time Monday through Friday and some Saturday mornings.
