$2000 Full Time Sign On Bonus/$1000 Part Time Sign On BonusJoin our Premier Bucks County Crisis Team where you will support members of the community who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. You will provide an initial assessment and work with the clients to establish a plan for them and their family moving forward. This is a fast-paced role with no two shifts ever being the same. This role is embedded in the Lower Bucks Hospital Emergency Room, located in Bristol, PA.
Positions Available:
- Full Time
- Monday/Tuesday/Friday 7am - 7:30 pm
- Thursday/Friday/Sunday 7pm - 7:30 am SUMMER START Significant Shift Differential Available!!!
- Part-Time
- Monday 7am - 7:30 pm
- Friday 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm SEPTEMBER START
- Saturday 7pm - 7:30 am (every other week) Significant Shift Differential Available!!!
What You Offer:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, gerontology, criminal justice, theology, nursing or counseling; or be a registered nurse
- Two years of experience in public or private human services with one year of direct mental health care experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor 24-hour call crisis center
- Provide triage, support, crisis counseling, information, and referrals
- Perform face to face level of care assessment and facilitate connections to appropriate level of care
- Provide face to face crisis counseling and planning
- Process applications for involuntary commitment and arrange emergency psychiatric evaluation as needed
