Volunteer Behavioral Health is now seeking for 3rd Shift Crisis Hotline Specialists.

The schedules for these positions are:

Wednesday-Sunday 12 am to 8 am

What You’ll Do

· Provide phone counseling and triage needs for callers with mental health emergency.

· Knowledge of computer skills to be able to search and enter data in the Qualifacts systems.

· Coordinate dispatch of all clinicians for face-to-face coverage within standards.

· Maintain dispatch logs.

What You’ll Bring

· Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work or another related field.

· At least one-year experience in call center or behavioral health.

· The starting pay for this position is $18.27 per hour with a shift differential for weekends
