Due to our continued growth and expansion into new markets, we are on the search for a dynamic Carpenter/Laborer to join our Construction team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As a Carpenter/Laborer at you would be responsible for:

• Rough Carpentry soffits, chases, window bucks, etc.
• Finish Carpentry miscellaneous interior trim work including base, case, door hardware, etc.
• Punch-out of apartment and commercial buildings.
• Unloading and loading deliveries using telehandler
• Touch up painting
• Miscellaneous labor including cleaning interior and exterior of the building
• Additional duties as assigned by Superintendent

The skills and knowledge we look for in a Carpenter/Laborer are:

• Experience in maintenance, construction or other related fields
• Experience with Forklift and Skidsteer operation
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Able to lift, maneuver and climb ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders
• Ability to lift and carry 50-75lbs
• Ability to work in tight spaces, extreme heights, and/or extreme temperatures (attics, crawl spaces and rooftops)
• Willingness to work 8-10 hours per day
• Responsible, accountable, and dedicated
