• Location: Ebensburg, PA
• Pay Rate: $16 to $20 an hour
• Schedule: Day Shift: Monday to Friday – 8am to 4:30pm (some weekends may be required due to weather)

What will you be doing?

The Landscaping and Grounds keeping Crew Leader leads the teams responsible for landscaping and related services required to maintain safe and attractive grounds.

• Oversees work of assigned team employees.
• Collects and discards litter or other waste materials.
• Operates a variety of maintenance equipment such as shovels, rakes, or saws to complete assignments.
• Trims trees and vegetation and maintains flower beds.
• Plans and cultivates lawns, turf, or gardens and, based on landscaping designs, determines further work that should occur.
• Delivers and spreads topsoil and/or straw over newly seeded areas.
• Applies fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs or trees by spraying or spreading.
• Where artificial turf is used, periodically replaces cushion pads; vacuums and disinfects turf after use.
• Installs and maintains specialty features such as rock gardens, retaining walls, decks, or playground equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What are the Job Requirements?

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Drug Screening
• Valid Driver License Required
• Experience in Lawn care and Snow Removal
• Must need to be able truck with a trailer
