Local construction company looking for a solid, reliable and EXPERIENCED Crew Leader. If you are looking for a change and a chance to work for a solid business we can give you low stress operating each week to start with.

Requirements:

Must have a solid track record of leadership, 2 years experience with site work, land clearing , demolition, grading and septic system installation. Must be able to operate Skid-steer, Dozer, Track-Hoe, Back-Hoe, Mini Excavator, Roller and a Farm Tractor.

Crew Leader must be ale to follow plans and instructions along with performing daily heavy equipment walk around inspections and preventative maintenance ( grease equipment). Must be able to clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by legislation and procedures. Should be able to lift over 50 lbs and able to walk different outdoor terrain and climb on/off tractors efficiently.

The Crew Leader position is located in Huger, SC and the pay is based on your experience and an evaluation after 7 days with a 20-40 hour work week. MUST have a valid drivers license, CDL is a plus.

You WILL be home DAILY with some Saturdays , no holidays or night work. If you have experience, CLEAN driving record and are reliable with an open mind to grow then APPLY NOW!
