ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position will be an energetic self-starter, share our team-oriented, collaborative approach, and thrive while handling multiple and diverse tasks in a time-critical environment. This is a leadership position requiring exceptional graphic design, organizational, and communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Manage/Support the design and assembly of client presentations, qualifications packages, and proposal graphics
Use existing/Design New InDesign templates to create brochures, cut sheets, and other collateral
Design and develop promotional content for both digital and print media
Develops graphic content for internal communications including emails, newsletter, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all forms of communications collateral based on Atlas’ brand standards and guidelines
Ability to edit headshots/photographs in Photoshop
May manage photography shoots and coordination
Coordination and collaboration with Marketing Team and internal clients across Atlas
Manage all creative services operations
Creative Services Coordinator reports to this position
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5-10 years of professional experience in a role responsible for managing multiple, diverse projects
An understanding of visual identity development and implementation
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
An interest in video editing a plus
Must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to handle conflicting demands, deadlines, and unforeseen circumstances
Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry experience a plus
