We are growing in your area! We are seeking certified instructors and individuals interested in becoming certified as instructors to join our team.

We are looking for self-motivated, energetic individuals who can work and teach independently or as part of an instructor team to provide American Heart Association (AHA) and/or American Red Cross (ARC) training.

An AHA & ARC Instructor must be able to:

  • Lift and carry training equipment weighing 25-50 lbs;
  • Accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction);
  • Accurately deliver course content that adheres to the current AHA Guidelines to students;
  • Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training;
  • Follow all policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all team members and clients;
  • Maintain the classroom and training equipment in a neat, clean, and organized way;
  • Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time;
  • Use good written and oral communication skills;
  • Problem solve to support continuous improvement; and
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Available positions range from flexible part time to full time. Instructors are able to teach four to eight hours per day from one to five days per week at various times of the day (morning, afternoon and evening class options) every day of the week. Some instructors choose to teach only a few times per month, depending upon his or her availability. Benefits available to all team members include participation in our retirement plan with company match ($5,000 minimum annual gross earnings required). About us: Advanced Professional Healthcare Education LLC (APHE) is a family-owned AHA Training Center and ARC Licensed Training Provider based in Delafield, WI. Founded in 2007, we provide CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS and other training programs in several US states. Our full time team oversees the training center from our headquarters in Wisconsin. Over 400 instructors are aligned or affiliated with APHE and teach AHA and ARC classes through our organization.
