Courtroom Operator & Trial Graphics
This exciting position will be part of our Akron, Ohio team and perform courtroom/trial support services across the United States as well as presentation/operation of courtroom technology. The candidate will work with our team and clients regarding trial exhibits, graphics creation, and traveling to various locations for trials.
Job Description:
- Prepare and present evidence for trials, arbitrations, meditations, hearings, and client meetings.
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner, ensure understanding by others; know appropriate amount of information to share with individuals, and understand appropriate level of confidentiality.
- Discuss and develop demonstrative visuals to support case presentation before and during trial.
- Design and implement custom database and trial presentation systems for use in trial.
- Produce graphics using multiple softward platforms.
- Digitize and synchronize deposition videos with transcripts and prepare deposition clips.
- Setup/breakdown technology equipment in courtrooms, war room, and other off-site facilities.
- Provide courtroom / hot seat operation activities during trial, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
- Trouble-shoot and problem-solve technical issues.
Requirements for this challenging position:
- Minimum 1 year trial experience, including ‘hot seat’ role, operating trial presentation system to present evidence and use of technology in the courtroom.
- Ability to work with courtroom presentation packages [i.e., Trial Director], Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Time Coder.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Professional appearance, responsive, pleasant, courteous, and efficient.
- Excellent attendance record. Plus, flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours as required.
- Handle additional related projects as assigned.
Must be a US Citizen with a valid driver’s license and good driving record. As a federal contractor, we are subject to any federal vaccine mandates or other customer vaccination requirements. As such, all new hires are required to have the Covid-19 vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications / Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced application knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc.), I-Clone, and/or 3D Studio Max.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Digital Design, Fine Arts, I.T., Computer Graphics, or related concentration or discipline.
- Litigation paralegal training desirable.
Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit for long periods and work on a computer. Lift, transport, and set up A/V equipment.
Travel Required: Travel to client and/or trial locations locally and nationwide.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
