Counter Collective has been supplying solid surface countertops and acrylic based products to the commercial and residential markets since 1993. With a high volume of work and contracts secured through 2023, our small company is rapidly growing and seeking an additional fabricator to join our team.

Eligible candidates should have some proven experiences and documented skills in the following:

• Production and manufacturing
• Warehouse organization and safety
• Mechanical drawing interpretation
• Stationary machinery operation
• Automated machine operation (CNC)
• General hand tool experience
• Understanding of building materials
• Sanding and finishing knowledge
• Residential and/or commercial construction
• Millwork, carpentry, marine technician, etc
• Countertop construction, installation

Additionally, we’ll be seeking candidates who possess the following attributes relevant to the trade:

• Reliable with personal transportation
• strong awareness in a team atmosphere
• Willing to learn/conform to proven processes
• Self motivated and driven to succeed
• Honest, presentable, and respectful
• Ready, willing, able to work while on the clock
