Victory Recovery Partners is an Outpatient Addiction Recovery Center looking for multiple Spanish speaking CASAC-T's (or) CASAC’s (or) LMSW’s (or) LMHC’s (or) MSW’s for full and part time counselor positions in our Massapequa Park and Hempstead locations. The positions include performing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, case management, group and individual counseling, crisis management, development of treatment and discharge plans at the level which you are qualified.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Lead or Co-lead group therapy sessions.
• Provide updates and progress reports.
• Set up aftercare plans.
• Meet with family members to provide guidance and support.

Experience, Education and Required Skills/Abilities:

• CASAC or CASAC-T or LMSW or LMHC certifications/licensure required. Will also work with MSW’s but please inquire directly with recruiter for more information.
• Minimum of High School Diploma with CASAC-T or CASAC certifications.
• Spanish speaking highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including previous use of electronic medical records system. Knowledge of how to navigate zoom or google meet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Flexible with Schedule but must be 5 days, 40 hours with coverage of 2 shifts until 8 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
